Pasta Classes at Forsythia

Before opening Forsythia, Jacob lived in Italy where he trained at renowned institutions such as Trattoria Santo Palato in Rome and La Vecchia Scuola in Bologna. Those formative working experiences inform the experience at Forsythia - and now, you can learn some of those pasta making skills for yourself.
